I accept that I participate at my own risk and Wigan Phoenix will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim or expense as a result of my participation. I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the race and will comply with any national Covid-19 restrictions as well as any required by Wigan Phoenix.
