The Dirty Dash is approximately 5km (more like 6) of mud, obstacles and fun.
The race consists of three sections, starting at Cedarbarn with a few obstacles to get you in the mood, followed by a run across muddy fields, tracks and through the woods, and then finishing back at Cedarbarn with a load more obstacles to finish you off! Expect to get wet, tired and very dirty.
As this is a fun event it will not be timed. Anyone wishing to time themselves are more than welcome.
This is our first event with all proceeds going to two local charities, LIAM and The Rob Stephenson Trust, both of which are extremely grateful to all you runners that are willing to get filthy for them!
For full full race details please refer to our website.
