Kilburn 7 Road Race is an annual event run as part of the charity Kilburn Feast weekend.
Kilburn is 20 miles north of York, 6 miles east of Thirsk in the North York Moors National Park. An undulating, scenic route overlooked by the White Horse. The race passes through historic Coxwold – Lawrence Sterne’s Shandy Hall on your left, the Norman Church on your right – the Cistercian Byland Abbey – the picturesque village of Oldstead – back to Kilburn with its Robert Thompson ‘Mouseman’ Workshops, Museum & Café, plus the Norman Church.
Race starts in Kilburn, through Coxwold, pass Byland Abbey, onto Oldstead & then back to Kilburn.
Prizes: First 6 Men & Ladies plus Age Categories Men & Ladies. Team Race - 4 to count - Men & Ladies. Bottle of Wine to all finishers over 70. Tea & Sandwiches to all finishers in Village Institute.
Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
You should collect your race pack/number/item at the venue on the day of the event. Please arrive in good time.
