2 Music Stages around The Route to Keep You Going Plus Live Music.

The Course
All Races Run Anti-Clockwise
The Course is Flat Tarmac Traffic Free Road and Fully Signposted & Marshalled
(Please give way to any Pedestrians around the Lake)
Marathon & Half Marathon Lap Route Important Information
Please allow Faster Runners to Pass on your Left Side
( the Route is Mainly 4 meters Wide Road, plenty for Overtaking)
All races Run in a Anti Clockwise Direction around the Lake
Nottingham lets go round again marathon, half and 5k
All Races Finish at the Same Place near Race HQ & at the Granstand
Lap Information for Marathon & Half Marathon
At the Grandstand left Lane is Lap Counter , Right Lane is Finish Only!
The Chip Bib will Beep Everytime you go through the Lap Route and will be logged as 1 Lap Completed
If you Forget how many Laps you have done a scrolling TV Screen will be placed in the Lap Lane
(please be aware you will have to stop to view the screen)
Alternative is to Collect a Band each time you go through the Lap Section (this is optional)
Bands are placed in Buckets at the end of the Lap Lane for you to Collect.
How Many Laps?
1 mile Fun Run is an out and Back from the Finish Line 0 Laps! 9am Start!
5k is 200 mtr plus 1 Full Lap of the Lake (only go through lap lane once) 9:30am Start!
Half Marathon is 1.4 Mile 1/2 Lap Followed by 4 Full Laps of the Lake (Go through Lap Lane x 4 Last Lap Finish) 10:30AM
Marathon is 2.8 Mile Par lap followed by 8 Full Laps of the Lake (Go Through Lap Lane x 8 last lap finish) 10:30AM

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
