Q. How can I contact the event organiser?

A. The event organisers contact details are displayed at the top of the event listing page.

Q. Can I wear aftershokz bone conducting headphones?

A. In accordance with UKA rules, headphones including aftershokz are only acceptable if the race organiser deems their course as safe to wear. In our case the race is run on open roads and our team have assessed our course as unsuitable for headphones. Participants found to be wearing headphones will be disqualified.

Q. Can I run with a pushchair?

A. Unfortunately in line with UKA guidelines our course is not suitable for pushchairs.
