Q. How can I contact the event organiser?

A. The event organisers contact details are displayed at the top of the event listing page.

Q. Car Parking

A. A limited amount is available at the Hurt Arms overflow car park. Do NOT park in the main Hurt Arms car park unless you plan on visiting the Pub. Free parking available to entrants (limited availability). Also parking available for free at Ambergate Railway Station (thank you East Midland Trains!)

The area is has great train and bus links, the event organisers strongly recommend using public transport to get to the event.

Do NOT park on the private road leading into Shining Cliff Woods, Vehicles parked here will be removed by the council.
