- I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. If you have been unwell recently or have any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not attend.
PLEASE NOTE: PLEASE bring a mask in case Government COVID-19 rules or guidance on the night require masks to be worn. Potentially, they will be required when entering the village hall for collection of online entries, entries on the night and for using the hall’s facilities. Please adhere to the social distancing guidelines in force on the night.
This race will be a MASS start and athletes should be prepared to wear a mask in the start area as athletes are collecting before the race. The masks can be removed after the race has started.
If masks are a requirement at the start on the night this will be clearly stated when collecting numbers.
You should collect your race pack/number/item at the venue on the day of the event. Please arrive in good time.
