Event Description
Bolton Triathlon Club is a registered club with Triathlon England.
In order to comply with their rules you must be a member of the club to participate in training activities.
Annual membership fees are:

| Junior | 17 or less at 31st December in the current year | £15 |
| Student | (in full time education) | £15 |
| Senior | 18 or over at 31st December in the current year | £35 |
| Family | Max 2 adults + Max 4 children - living at the same address | £55 |
| Adult Swim only | 18 or over at 31st December in the current year | £20 |
Fees are non-refundable and cover the period 1st January to 31st December 2016 in the current year.
NOTE Family options should be completed by a lead primary member. Details of additional family members will be asked for on the following page.

I agree to abide by the rules of Bolton Triathlon Club. I understand that the information provided above will be held on the Club membership database and at bookitzone.com.
By continuing to register for membership online you are accepting on your behalf, or on behalf of your son or daughter if 16 or under
* That you or they are taking part in sessions of your/their own free will, knowing that sessions will be supervised by a qualified coach and there will be lifeguard cover in place at pool swim sessions.
* That you or they are sufficiently competent in the water and fit enough to participate in pool swim training sessions without causing risk to self or others.
* That you are happy to take responsibility for your or their actions at training sessions and that Bolton Triathlon Club cannot be held responsible for any illness, accidents, injury or death.
