Lancaster & Morecambe AC are organising their popular Christmas Festive Fun Run from their clubhouse on the athletics track at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre, near Lancaster (LA1 5JS) again this year. It will be on Thursday December 27th at 11am.
It is aimed at families and fun runners as well as more regular competitors. There will be a great atmosphere and a super festive medal for all finishers and runners are very welcome to run in fancy dress.
It’s still only £4 to enter with an extra £2 for registrations on the day. The route is flat and around 4k. Since this is a very popular race with a limit of 300 runners, we recommend that people register in advance on-line at https://bookitzone.com/
We have a number of spot prizes sponsored by local organisations including Asda; Blackpool Pleasure Beach; Barton Grange; Blacks Fish and Chips, Halton; Edge Cycleworks; Old Holly Farm; Robert Gordon James Hairdresser; Runners Centre; Salt Ayre Leisure Centre and Sainsbury's
