Event Description
This popular midweek race can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced runners alike. The course is flat and scenic. The race is registered under UK Athletics rules, and a medal and sandwich refreshments are provided for all finishers. It starts at 7.30 pm on Wednesday July 15th from the Lancaster & Morecambe Athletic clubhouse at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre.
There will be prizes for the first 3 men and 3 women, and prizes for each veteran category, from 35 for women and 40 for men.
The entry fee is £11 for runners already in running clubs (attached) and £13 for non-attached (plus booking fees), with an additional £3 fee for entries on the evening of the race.
There is still time to pre-enter, up to 8th July, and save £3 on the late entry fee.

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
