Q. Can I walk the fun run?

A. It is absolutely fine for adults and children to walk the route, and pushchairs are also permissible.

Q. Can I do take part in the fun run in a wheelchair?

A. You can do the run in a wheelchair and the course is on flat cycle circuit, cycle track and athletics track so is suitable for wheelchairs.

Q. Can I wear headphones when I run?

A. Because this is a short friendly run, we would prefer runners not to wear headphones.
