The popular 3 Bridges 10k race is back in its usual spring slot in 2022, at 11am on Sunday 10th April. It will start from the Lancaster & Morecambe Athletic Club clubhouse at Salt Ayre Leisure Centre
This is always a popular race with runners from all over the north-west taking part, often as a fast preparation for spring marathons and other longer races. It's also very suitable for beginner runners, perhaps moving up from a Parkrun to a longer race.
It remains a well-priced race to enter with the fees being only £12 for members of running clubs and £14 for non-members. An extra £3 is charged for entries on the day. No refunds once registered.
The race is sponsored by the Runners Centre in Lancaster and LMAC is very grateful for this support.
The race meets UK Athletics Rules, is Certified Accurate and there are prizes for the first 3 men and the first 3 women finishers. There will be prizes for each veteran category, from 40 for men and 35 for women.
It has a flat, fast and scenic route and there will also be a very nice medal for all finishers.

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
