- I declare that I will abide by the rules of British Triathlon and accept that British Triathlon and its agents, the event organisers and their associates are not liable for any loss, damage, claim or expense which may arise as a consequence of my participation in this event. I will cycle with care and attention and abide by the normal rules of the road. I am in good health and compete at my own risk. Deemed to be accepted by a parent or guardian of any entrant. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. There will be no refunds once the event has closed.
