Q. Can I wear headphones / earphones / listen to my MP3 Player / music device etc?
A. Shokz bone-conduction headphones are the only headphones allowed by England Athletics and approved for use in all road races under the UK Athletics Rules of Competition.
Q. My details have changed. How can I update them?
A. Before 19th April 2025 you will be able to log in to BookitZone and click 'View/Amend' from your 'Dashboard' page to update your details for things like change of club, moved house, married/divorced etc. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM FOR TRANSFERS FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER! See below for transfers policy. Details for changes after this date should be sent in an email to info@bookitzone.com.
Q. I wish to receive a refund for my place. Do you allow these?
A. THIS EVENT HAS A NO REFUNDS POLICY. Unfortunately, it costs a lot to stage events like this and we have had to pay bills which we can no longer cancel or recover, therefore we cannot offer refunds.
Q. I can no longer run, Can I transfer my number to a friend/colleague?

The cutoff date for advance processing of transfers is 7th May 2025. Transfers after that date will need to be done on the day at race HQ.
NOTE: WHERE A NUMBER HAS BEEN POSTED OUT, YOU WILL NEED TO PASS THE PHYSICAL BIB NUMBER AND POSTAL PACK RECEIVED TO THE NEW RUNNER!
Q. Will I receive my number in the post?
A. Only if you paid extra for the 'number posted in advance' option! Numbers will only be posted out approx 3 weeks before the race.
Otherwise all numbers are to be COLLECTED on the day from race HQ. Please arrive early and allow plenty of time to collect your number and warm up prior to the race start.
Q. I cant now make the race date, can I defer to next year?
A. No, I'm sorry this event has a strict no refunds/deferrals policy which you are asked to agree to when making your entry. You can however transfer your place to another person (see transfers section above).
