A. As BookitZones' data has now been finalised and mail out of race packs had been completed, BookitZone can no longer process updates/changes.

Q. I wish to receive a refund for my place. Do you allow these?
A. Unfortunately due to many upfront costs associated with staging an event of this size, we regret that after 21/4/2018 we are unable to offer refunds (see below)
Q. I see that the last date for refund requests was 21 April, but I'm now injured/can't make the race - can I have a refund?
A. I'm afraid the short answer is 'No'.
Race pack fulfilment (printing address labels, packing race information and bib numbers etc into envelopes) and posting of race packs has been completed so it's literally too late to refund and cancel an entry (hence the need for a cut-off date). Race pack fulfilment has not been handled by BookitZone - we have no control over this.
There is a 'late transfers' procedure so for those that can unfortunately no longer make the race so you can still transfer your place to a friend/colleague for free. (See below.)
There is little point contacting us to request a refund at this stage - as it will be the same answer given for the reasons above.
Q. I can no longer run, how do transfer my number to a friend/colleague?
A. You can perform a transfer of your place to another runner free of charge.

Q. My number hasn't arrived.
A. If your number hasn't arrived by 5th May 2018, please send an email to marketdrayton10k@gmail.com to let them know.
If notified in advance that race packs haven’t been received then we replace free of charge and put one up at the admin tent for race day collection.
This MUST be advised BEFORE race day as some people do receive their number but just forget to bring on the day then make out they haven’t received it. If not notified in advance, there will be a £5 charge for a replacement number to be issued.
