Q. Can I wear headphones / earphones / listen to my MP3 Player / music device etc?


Q. My details have changed. How can I update them?

A. You can amend details of your booking yourself up until the 31/03/2018. This is done by signing in to the BookitZone website and clicking the 'View/Amend Orders' link (accessible from your 'Dashboard Page'). This facility is NOT intended for performing a transfer. Typical changes may include change of name due to marriage or divorce, moving house, joining/leaving/changing running club etc. This facility will ONLY be available up-until 31/03/2018 after which any change details will need to be advised manually.

Q. I wish to receive a refund for my place. Do you allow these?

A. Unfortunately due to many upfront costs associated with staging an event of this size, we regret that we are unable to offer refunds for any reason however we do allow runners to transfer their place to a friend/colleague (See below).

Q. I can no longer run, how do transfer my number to a friend/colleague?

A. You can perform a transfer of your place to another runner free of charge. Please email BookitZone directly with FULL details of THE DONOR and THE RECIPIENT. Please use the 'Contact us' link at the foot of this page to get in touch and clearly state "MD10k TRANSFER".

To enable us to process the transfer, we will need FULL DETAILS of the replacement runner. WITHOUT THE FOLLOWING DETAILS WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR TRANSFER:

Transfers will be processed by BookitZone up until the 31/03/2018.

After this time further information will be provided as to how to make a transfer as numbers will have already been posted.

It is up to the donor and replacement runner to sort out any financial transactions independently and also to ensure that any bib number/chip received is passed on to the replacement runner.
