Important: Submitting this form does not guarantee that your transfer will be approved. Not all event organisers allow transfers. Your request will be sent to the event organiser for review. If the transfer is approved, BookitZone will process it, and both parties will receive confirmation emails.

If you have already received a physical ticket, race number, or other event materials, you are responsible for passing these on to the new participant. Any financial arrangement for the exchange must be made directly between both parties.
