Event Description

Run Bramham Sunday 14th July 2024 at 10am

**Online entries now closed on bookitzone - but we are accepting on the day entries. Registration opens at 9.00am.**

10K / 6k & Childrens Fun

The Run Bramham Committee established this event in 2016 and year on year it has gone from strength to strength. Many local volunteers will come together again to host this popular event in 2024 on Sunday 14th of July, starting at 10.00am.

We were delighted that our previous events have become more popular year on year, so we recommend early entry to secure your place on the start line.

CHOSEN CHARITY - Run Bramham is now into its 8th year. Since 2021 all profits have been donated to Martin House Children's hospice in Boston Spa.

We are supporting Martin House again in 2024, and hope to raise further monies to support this local childrens hospice and family respite centre.

ROUTES - Both distances will follow lovely scenic courses, multi terrain, through paths and trails in Bramham and open to racers, runners, joggers and walkers.

The 10k is open to over 15s and the 6k is open to aged 13+. Special reduced price for under 17s for both routes.

Most of both of the routes is off road on tracks and bridleways in pleasant countryside and on race day will be lined with village supporters, water sprinklers and lots of cheers.

The 10K is an undulating course and the last section brings you to the top of Windmill Hill before descending through the lovely village of Bramham then up Almshouse Hill, fondly known as the Bramham Beast (short but steep) to the playing field on Freely Lane.

The 6k is a more gentle route, splitting from the 10k at 3.5k, and heading down Headley Lane. Both routes finish with a lap round the playing field in sight of supporters and close to refreshments!

View the 10K route here.
