Q. How can I contact the event organiser?
A. The event organisers contact details are displayed at the top of the event listing page.
Q. I can't remember my BSSF membership number. Where can I find this?
A. You will have been issued a card with this on. Otherwise please contact executivedirector@thebssf.org.uk. If your membership has expired please renew this by clicking on the link on the BSSF website membership services page and renew before you enter this race.
Q. What does OPEN and RNB mean?
A. RNB means Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Canadian Eskimo Dog, Greenland Dog or Samoyed that are REGISTERED with the Kennel Club. AKC, Canadian Kennel Club or FCI.
OPEN means all other dogs and those breeds above that are not registered with the Kennel Club.
Q. My dog is receiving medication, what do I need to do?
A. Please ensure you tick the drugs box for the relevant dog and email raceinfo@thebssf.org.uk to request the form that you and your vet must complete. Please check against the WADA Prohibited list for banned substances before entering this race.
Q. I am entering several classes where do I enter the dogs chip numbers.
A. Please download the chiplist form and complete a separate form for each class entered and bring with you to registration.
Q. Can I enter more than one class, or add other athletes to my entry?
A. Yes you can.
Once you have completed the details for your first entry you can enter further additional classes, by selecting 'Make another booking for this event' button on the next page and enter the (+Extra Additional Single Class Entry) from the main page.
Similarly you can enter addiitonal athletes by selecting "Add another athlete" then follow the same process but please note ALL athletes must enter a full price class before they can enter a second class at the lower price. Once you are happy all the athletes and relevant classes are completed you can then complete the entry process by making your payment.
Q. Can my dog wear a muzzle when racing?
A. No.
