Who’s up for a BIG one in Prestatyn?

This could be the ultimate Bank Holiday detecting weekender – four days of sea air and big permissions across fields and beaches, proper facilities and decent grub, expert talks before dusk and a bit of music after dark. Beginners are welcomed (we’ll even loan you a detector and pair you with a guide), families can make a weekend of it, and the site is planned to be accessible and inclusive. Come for the finds – from Roman bronze to coastal curios – stay for the friendly campfire chat and the laughs in between. Registration on the day will be £15 – so pre-register to save £.

How to book

1. Choose your entry on Page 1:
   • Camping – select the number of nights (no digging included – add these on the next page).
   • 1–4 Day Visitor – includes one dig permission per day. You’ll select your day(s).
2. Add extras on Page 2 (Add-ons):
   • Campers: add all the dig permissions you require (one permission = one person, one site, one day).
   • Day Visitors: add additional dig permissions if you want to dig more than one site on the same day, or to add permissions for other people in your booking.
3. Review and pay – instant confirmation; your name appears on the entry list.

Camping: fees cover your stay only – no dig permissions are included. Each person who wishes to detect must have their own dig permission. Add the permissions you need on the following page (per person, per site, per day).

Day Visitors: your ticket includes one dig permission per day selected.

Extra digging / additional people: to dig multiple sites on the same day, to attend on additional days, or to add permissions for other people in your booking, please select additional dig permissions in the Add-ons section. These are issued per person, per site, per day.
