A quick look at how a dig listing can appear
This page is a mock event to show what a metal detecting listing can look like on BookitZone. It isn’t a real booking page — it’s just here so organisers can see the flow, layout and options.
How it would work for a real dig: you set up your event (title, dates, options, limits, rules), we generate a unique link, and you simply paste that link into Facebook to advertise. From there, the system handles entries, payments (held in a client account), confirmed numbers and attendee lists ready for check-in on the day.

If this were a live dig…This is where you’d add the flavour: location area, permissions style (arable / pasture / beach), finds from previous seasons, welfare info, and any rules (e.g. NCMD, plugs not holes, fill as you go, no night detecting, etc.). You can also highlight what’s included (parking, facilities, briefing times) and any optional extras (camping, evening social, BBQ tokens, raffle). |
