A new trail race based wholly in Silverdale Country Park, that is approximately 5 miles in distance.
All profits to be donated to Macmillan and the Country Park.
A fun run will be held prior to the main race. Fancy dress is encouraged.
The fun run starts at 18:15 which is one lap of the lake (approx. 1/2 mile).
The main race is a one lap circuit of the country park (approx. 5 miles)

I confirm that I am in good enough health to complete the chosen event and accept that the landowner is not responsible for any injury I may sustain. I also understand the park is open to other users and that the park has an off lead policy for dogs.
