New Year, New You! Why not start 2022 with our monthly step challenge.
WHAT'S INVOLVED?
Select your number of steps goal and duration. Once you have completed your challenge, upload your evidence onto our website, then wait for your medal to arrive. All evidence must be sent before 31st January, and medals will be posted in February.
We also accept evidence from treadmill activities. Simply take a screenshot of your activity on your app, on your watch, or take a photo of the display panel on your treadmill.
- 8,000 Steps per day - Walk at least 8,000 steps every day from 1st to 31st January,
- 20,000 Steps per weekend - Walk 10,000 steps or more on Saturday and 10,00 on Sunday - 20,000 in total every weekend during the month.
- 50,000 Steps per week - Pick 1 week during the month and walk 50,000 steps or more between Monday to Sunday.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
All participants will receive a beautiful white aluminum medal with a plain colour ribbon for their achievement.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY CHALLENGE?
Once you have completed your challenge, simply go to our website and upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form here. Once your evidence has been sent, you should be redirected to a confirmation page. Then that's it! Your medal should arrive within 10 working days.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We do accept entries from overseas participants. However, please note that is an extra charge to cover postage costs. In the event that a resident with a non-UK address purchases a standard UK entry, then we reserve the right to refuse the entry and refund in full.

Please enter me for this virtual challenge. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation. I declare that I will not take part unless I am in good health and accept that I do so at my own risk. Once my entry is accepted, I understand that my entry fee is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances - even if I do not or cannot complete the challenge. Throughout the challenge I will observe the current government guidelines in force with regards to social distancing and time restrictions on exercising outside of the home. Please note there are additional charges for entries from outside the UK. In the event that a resident with a non-UK address purchases a standard UK entry, then we reserve the right to refuse the entry and refund in full.

The Event Organiser will email further information prior to the event. Please check your junk/spam email folders if you don't receive it and note that the Organiser may only send information once entries close (ie. a couple of days prior to the event itself).
