Legend has it that when children go to bed, elves return to the North Pole to report back to Santa on who has been naughty and nice.
The Elf Dash is a virtual race where you can run, walk or jog any distance throughout the month of December.
Upon completing this race, submit your evidence using our secure submission form at Submit Your Running Evidence | The Running Bug (the-running-bug.com) then you will receive a beautiful Elf medal.
PLEASE NOTE: Medals for this challenge will be sent during January 2022.
Please note that we are unable to accept entries from outside the UK. In the event that an entry is purchased by a resident from outside the UK, then we reserve the right to refuse the entry and refund in full.

I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation. I declare that I will not take part unless I am in good health and accept that I do so at my own risk. Once my entry is accepted, I understand that my entry fee is NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances - even if I do not or cannot complete the challenge. Throughout the challenge I will observe the current government guidelines in force with regards to social distancing and time restrictions on exercising outside of the home. The Event Organiser will email further information prior to the event.
