How to Download Your Entry Data File
Whenever a booking is made for your event, a notification email is sent to the event contact using the email address you’ve provided. While these notifications are helpful, you can also download the latest entry data as a complete file at any time. Here’s how:
Step-by-Step Process:
- Sign into BookitZone: https://bookitzone.com/sign-in.html
- Once signed in, the red "Sign in / Register" tab will change to display your name. Click this red tab to access your Dashboard.
- From the dashboard, click My Organised Events to see all the events you’ve organised.
- Locate your event and click the View/Download Entries link under the "Bookings" column.
- Click the red Download Entry File button to export all entries to a CSV file. Save this file to your computer.
- Open the file using MS Excel (or any spreadsheet software) to view and manage your entry data.
Note: New entries will always be appended to the bottom of any subsequent downloads.

How to Submit an Invoice for Event Payments
BookitZone collects entrance fees for your event and holds them in a client account. Once your event has ended, you’ll need to submit an invoice to request payment. Note: This option becomes available the day after your event and must be completed by the main user account.
Step-by-Step Process:
- Sign into BookitZone: https://bookitzone.com/sign-in.html
- Once signed in, the red "Sign in / Register" tab will change to display your name. Click this red tab to access your Dashboard.
- Click My Invoices and then Create Invoice.
- Enter your bank details or leave a message for BookitZone with payment instructions.
- Tick the three checkboxes to confirm your agreement with the statements, then click Submit to BookitZone for Payment.
Payment Timeline: Payments are usually processed within 24-48 hours, but please allow up to 28 days as per our terms and conditions.
