Up the Odda 2018

Under UKA Rules - Permit TRA 1440
Up the Odda is generously supported by land owners John and Carol Ogden.
'A scenic and challenging 2 lap route, on farm tracks, across fields and through woodland, including two brutal climbs 'Up the Odda'
Enter individually to complete the 2 lap 10k route - or enter the 'Duo' as a relay team (of 2) completing 1 lap each.
The Up the Odda Duo is a challenge for a running pair, each taking on one 5k lap of the same scenic and challenging route. Please note- finishers times will be given as a combined time of both runners.
Junior races at 9.30am.
1 lap of a mile for 8 - 11 year olds, 2 laps for 12-16 year olds.
Medal for all junior finishers.

- Fantastic memento for all finishers, individual prizes for top 3 male & female finishers & 1st place in vets categories
- Great selection of refreshments available at the school (race HQ)
- Collect your race number from race HQ on the day. Regestration will open at 8.30am. Please leave ample time to park, walk to the school and collect your number.
- Parking in the village is very limited. It is really important that wherever possible people car share and park with consideration in the village. In particular, the relay runners should try and travel together as a pair.

Event Terms
- I declare I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics Laws and will abide by the laws and rules of UK Athletics. I accept that the organiser and landowners will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in this race. I declare that I will not compete unless I am in good health on the day of the race and that in any event I will compete at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. (For Duo entrants, by accepting these terms it is deemed that both athletes are in agreement with the terms.)
