This race is probably the toughest of road race in the UK over this distance.
Branded as Half Marathon but is actually 13.4 miles.
It is very scenic but also very challenging with some very steep hills and descents.
It has a legendary status with so with all the runners that have completed the event and has seen some memorable races over the years with so many personal stories and achievements.
The time limit is set at 3 hours for a number of reasons but mainly to close the event in a timely manner ready for the social and the presentation to celebrate with all the runners marshals and spectators.

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. The race has a time limit of 3 hours and my estimated time is realistic and on the day if the 3 hour limit cannot be achieved I agree to stop running and return to the finish and advise the organiser and also In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
