LIMITED ENTRIES CAN STILL BE TAKEN ON THE DAY FROM 9am TO 10am.
Part of the Merseyside Grand Prix this year the race includes pacers at 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 minutes, Penny Lane Striders have organised this race for over 10 years. It has become more and more popular and as a result we have increased the number of entrants and included chip timing.
Two years ago the race course was made faster and flatter and has PB potential!
The race is well organised and marshalled by the club members who cheer on local club runners and unattached alike and are well known for their motivation along the course. Listen out for the Rave Cave to boost you on.
It is a great race with excellent organisation and an excellent and varied course which takes you along the River Mersey and through Otterspool Park.

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
