NICE – Centre for Movement Disorders is a pioneering Birmingham charity (reg no. 295873), transforming the lives of children and adults with incurable movement disabilities. Through the innovative system of Conductive Education, the charity supports people affected by conditions such as cerebral palsy, Parkinson’s, MS and stroke. NICE has managed to continue delivering services throughout lockdown with remote sessions via Zoom for people shielding at home.
Like you runners, NICE has had to find ways of staying connected with what we do in a virtual world! The charity knows how much runners love the annual 10k race, so this year they’re taking it virtual.
You can complete your 10k run at ANY TIME in the month of November: it opens on Sunday 1 November and ends on Monday 30 November.
Entries close at 5pm on Sunday 29 November.
You are automatically entered into our NICE Raffle with 5 fabulous prizes up for grabs!
Medals for all finishers.
This has been and continues to be an uncertain time for NICE. By taking part in their virtual 10k this year, you will play an amazing part in helping them keep their services running now and into the future.
