Christmas Relays
Tuesday 27th December 2016 • Harvey Hadden Stadium
Relays: 4 x 4k (approx.)
Relays 11am • Fun Run 10.30am
£24 per team • Fun Run £3 per athlete
£30 per team on the day • Fun Run £5 per athlete on the day
We have a new venue this year! The Relays will start and finish on the track, but the rest of the course will take a scenic route local to Harvey Hadden.

To be eligible for prizes, teams must comprise of First Claim runners and,
Stage 1 must be Veteran (Male 40+, Female 35+)
Stage 2 Open to any runner
Stage 3 must be Female
Stage 4 Open to any runner
Guest & composite teams welcome but ineligible for main prizes.

Entry
Relay numbers to be collected on the day from the Notts AC tent.
Declaration Form - available to download from supporting documents
You do not need to complete a declaration form at the time of entry, but you are welcome to submit team declarations at any time before the day. The most convenient way to submit your declarations is by email to info@nottsac.com.
Closing date for postal entries: Friday 16th December
Closing date for online entries: Tuesday 20th December
Limited to 100 teams – we were full last year so get your entry in early!
Entrants must be 11 or over to enter the Relays.
The contact details of the person creating the entry will be used as the point of contact for queries.

By entering online you declare that the information you give is correct, and that you are medically fit to participate in this event. The organisers will not be held responsible for any injury or illness incurred as a results of the event, or for any property lost or stolen, before, during, or after the event.
