Do organisers pay any fees?
No. Listing is free and you keep 100% of the entry fee.
How are fees shown to entrants?
Entrants see a single, total price upfront (entry + booking fee). At checkout we show a clear breakdown. No hidden fees are added at checkout.
How do payouts work?
We normally pay after the event. Intermediate lump-sum payments can be arranged for established events on request; any advance is deducted from the final settlement.
What if my event is cancelled after an advance?
If funds have been advanced, refunds are handled by the organiser because those funds are no longer held by us. If we still hold the funds, we’ll process refunds at your request at no additional charge. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Can we sell merchandise or accept donations?
Yes — you can offer event merchandise and optional donations during checkout, included on reports and exports.
Do you have a sustainability policy?
We offset our estimated operational footprint via Ecologi. We’ve recently joined (so far 8 trees funded) and will continue offsetting in future years. See our Ecologi impact.
