Q. How can I contact the event organiser?
A. The event organisers contact details are displayed at the top of the event listing page.
Q. Are there any water stations?
A. There is a water station at 5km and also water at the finish.
Q. How would you describe the course.
A. The course is moderately hilly, 100% closed roads.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We’ll gladly refund your entry if you request it within seven days of purchase. After that period, you may transfer your place only to a friend, colleague, family member or running buddy.
Q. How do I transfer my place?
A. Transfers will only be available in person on the day (or at the pre-race pickup points on Friday/Saturday). This is because the majority of race numbers have already been personalised with entrant names and T-shirt sizes.
The organisers have provided the following procedure:
Download the printable transfer form
Check the race number for the original entrant
Complete the form fully
Take the completed form either to the pre-race pickup point on Friday or Saturday, or alternatively to the race on Sunday
The form can then be exchanged for the race pack, which will still be in the original entrant’s name.

Please note:
Any financial arrangements for places being transferred must be handled privately between yourselves
There is no guarantee that a particular T-shirt size will still be available
Some entrants may wish to bring masking tape to cover the original name printed on the race number
