2016 will see the 12th annual Natterjack Seaside 10k!
This scenic route around Southport’s marine lake and promenade is growing in popularity every year, with over 900 runners taking part in 2015.
Open to runners of any ability, smash your PB or run for fun and be part of the fantastic atmosphere. Whatever standard of runner you are, there’s a place for you.
Starting from Princes Park and traveling around Southport's Marine Lake on a path surface, this fast flat course is brilliant for a first time running event or for the more experienced runner.
All runners receive a medal, technical t-shirt and a goody bag
The 2016 Natterjack Seaside 10k will take place on Sunday 25th September at 11:00am.
The 2k Fun Run will take place at 10:00am

If you are an UKA Affiliated runner, Seaside 10k race entry is only £18.00, if you are not affiliated it costs £20.00. If you want to run the 2k Fun Run the prices are £9.00 for adults and £6.00 for Children.

Event Terms
Participants accept that event participation is only for persons with a high degree of physical fitness and who have undertaken an appropriate training regime. It is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical advice prior to participation. Participation in the event is entirely at your own risk and by entering the event participants acknowledge that those involved in the organisation and staging of the event shall not be liable for death, injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the event save to the extent that it is caused by their negligence.
T-shirts are ordered several months in advance, before all entrants have entered the race. Therefore we cannot guarantee a specific size as some size may run out before all runners have finished the race.
Young Participants
The consent of a parent or legal guardian shall be required in respect of any participant under the age of 18 in the following terms:
My child is in good health and I consider them capable of taking part in the Seaside 10k or 2k Fun Run.
I consent that in the event of an emergency any necessary treatment can be administered to my child, which may include the use of anaesthetics.
I understand that while the event organisers, their employees, event officials, authorised agents, sub-contractors and volunteers will take reasonable precautions to ensure accidents do not happen, they cannot necessarily be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by my child.
