Event Description
Based on the Saturday Race of the Wharfedale TTT (with some slight deviations!) comes the Blackfell Race which starts and finishes in the village of Kettlewell, North Yorkshire. The race is classed as a AM race under FRA rules so it requires some experience of fell or mountain running and navigation experience is recommended.
The route choice is somewhat up to the runner but the following checkpoints must be visited and in order:

For those wishing to make a weekend of it, or just to stop over for one night, camping is available at Kettlewell Camping http://www.kettlewellcamping.co.uk/
