Refund Policy:

REFUNDS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

Unfortunately, it costs a lot to stage events like this and we have had to pay bills which we can no longer cancel or recover, therefore we can no longer offer refunds. Under exceptional circumstances (e.g. pregnancy), your refund request may be considered - but you could be asked for proof. The booking fee is non-refundable. Please contact the organiser directly with any request - contact details at the top of the page.

Transfers Policy:

You can perform a transfer of your place to another runner free of charge by following the instructions below

For requests after 21st September:

You are able to request a transfer by completing the transfer form found on www.ukresults.net (also hosted below). This needs to be taken to the event on race day. It cannot be submitted in advance.

From 22nd September onwards, transfers can ONLY be made on the day by the replacement runner who MUST complete a transfer form at race HQ, or bring a completed form to the race.

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ FULLY

WE OFTEN HAVE MANY PEOPLE UNFAIRLY BOOKING MULTIPLE PLACES IN THEIR OWN NAME - WITH THE INTENTION OF 'RESERVING' THESE PLACES FOR THEIR FRIENDS IN CASE THEY DON'T MANAGE TO SECURE A PLACE THEMSELVES.

THIS RESULTS NOT ONLY IN MANY GENUINE ENTRANTS MISSING OUT ON A PLACE BUT ALSO CAUSES HUNDREDS OF UN-NECESSARY TRANSFER REQUESTS - WHICH IS A HUGE ADMINISTRATIVE BURDEN AND IS UNACCEPTABLE.

THE REFUNDS ISSUED WILL NOT INCLUDE THE BOOKING FEE PAID WHEN THE DUPLICATE ENTRIES WERE MADE!

The above does not mean you can’t book 5 places on one order. What it means is you can’t have the same runner listed 5 times. So if you book 5 places THEY MUST BE 5 REAL PEOPLE - otherwise 4 will be refunded (less booking fees) without prior warning!

THIS IS A LARGE EVENT AND DOES ALLOW TRANSFERS OF PLACES BETWEEN RUNNERS PRIOR TO THE RACE. TRANSFER REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNTIL AFTER ALL DUPLICATES HAVE BEEN REFUNDED/RESOLD/RESOLVED (SEE ABOVE).

THERE SHOULD BE NO REASON FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL TO RUN USING SOMEBODY ELSES NUMBER. DOING SO AFFECTS THE RESULTS AND THE PRIZES AND CAUSES MANY PROBLEMS FOR THE ORGANISERS AND RESULTS TEAM!!

IN FAIRNESS TO OTHER RUNNERS AND IN THE INTERESTS OF THOSE WORKING HARD TO MAKE THE EVENT A SUCCESS, WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO DISQUALIFY ANYONE FOUND TO BE RUNNING USING ANOTHER PERSONS NUMBER WHERE AN OFFICIAL TRANSFER HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE RACE.

STRICTLY NO HEADPHONES / EARPHONES / MP3 PLAYERS / MUSIC DEVICES ETC OF ANY KIND - USING SUCH DEVICES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION.

DISQUALIFICATION MEANS NO TIME, NO PRIZE, NO TSHIRT, NO GOODIE BAG!

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds allowed. A transfers procedure will become available shortly. There will be no extra cost to transfer.
