Q. My details have changed. How can I update them? NOTE NOT FOR TRANSFERS!!
A. Before 18th September 2021 you will be able to log in to BookitZone and click 'View/Amend' from your 'Dashboard' page to update your details for things like change of club, moved house, married/divorced etc. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SYSTEM FOR TRANSFERS FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER! See below for transfers policy. Changes made after the 17th September 2021 will be co-ordinated by emailing john@ukresults.net.
Q. I wish to receive a refund for my place. Do you allow these?
A. REFUNDS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
Unfortunately, it costs a lot to stage events like this and we have had to pay bills which we can no longer cancel or recover, therefore we can no longer offer refunds. Under exceptional circumstances (e.g. pregnancy), your refund request may be considered - but you could be asked for proof. The booking fee is non-refundable. Please contact the organiser directly with any request.
Q. I can no longer run, how do transfer my number to a friend/colleague?
A. You can perform a transfer of your place to another runner free of charge by following the instructions below

Transfers can be made on the day by the replacement runner who MUST complete a transfer that can be downloaded here and take the form to race HQ.
Q. Will I receive my number in the post?
A. Initially this was the intention, however the Organiser has decided (for several reasons) that numbers will now be COLLECTED on the day from race HQ. Please arrive early and allow plenty of time to collect your number and warm up prior to the race start.
