Event Description

The 27th Pattingham Bells Run will take place on Sunday 9th October 2016, starting at 11.00 am from near the Village Hall Playing fields.

Run under UKA rules, the 7mile (11k) single lap multi-terrian course is set over beautiful crown estate and park lands surrounding south Staffordshire village of Pattingham .

You will hear the Church bells encouraging you along and welcoming you to the finish on the village hall playing fields. All runners recieve a 'Bells Run' comemorative brass, a hot drink and a piece of home made harvest cake.

All proceeds go to local charities,and St Chads Church. Cash prizes awarded to overall, ladies and age category winners, the first lady and first man runner from the Parish of Pattingham with Patshull will be presented with a cup to be held for one year.

The design for the Bells Run brass is changed each year and they have become collector's pieces. The picture shows last years the design for the 2015 race.

The run starts and finishes in Pattingham, is well marshaled all the way round, we provide ample of-road parking, limited changing facilities.

Entry fees are £13.00 for UKA affiliated club runners and £15.00 for non-club runners, (plus booking fee). Entry on the day is permitted at a fee of £20.00 for all runners

Race numbers and joining instuctions will be posted for all entries recieved by Friday 30th September. Race numbers for entries recieved after this date, must be collected on the day of the race. Joining instructions can be emailed (with valid email address).

Online entry closes at 8pm on Friday 7th October.

Please enter me for the above event. I accept that the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, cost or expenses which may arise in the consequence of my participation in or attendance to this event. I declare that I will not attend unless I am in good health on the day of the event and accept that I attend at my own risk. In the unlikely event of abandonment or cancellation, all or part of my entry fee may be retained for the management and administration of the event. No refunds or transfers allowed under any circumstances.
