Entries made before 1pm Tuesday 4th April have been posted out to athletes. Entries made after this will be available to collect on the day.

Online entry is open until 4pm Wednesday 5th April.

Entry on the day will be £5 extra per athlete.

Electronic timing & EDM. All field events will be at least 3 trials, subject to entry numbers. Maximum entry 4 events.

 

Saturday 8th April 2017 - Seniors (U17+)

Please note that for U15s wishing to enter the Pole Vault, this event will take place on Saturday with the Seniors. Please choose the option from the Event Option menu.

Sunday 9th April - Juniors (U11 - U15)

Due to UKA rules, Under 13 & Under 15 Boys & Girls cannot take part in both the 800m and 1500m/1200m events.

Please note that there WILL be a U15G 300m race. It is not listed on the printed paper entry form, but is listed in the online entry and the entry form available to download in the documents.

 

UNDER 11s QUADRATHON

On Sunday all Under 11s (min age 9 years old on the day) entered in the Spring Spruce will take part in our QUADRATHON. This is a series of 4 events - 75m, 600m, Long Jump & Howler Javelin. Points will be awarded based on results in each events, and the total events will be graded on a scale. The top 3 boys and girls overall will win a medal, and all participants will receive a certificate detailing their achievement.

Please include your standard/PB if you know it as sprints and some field events are seeded. Races that are seeded are final. You must race in the heat that you are seeded in. No exceptions.
